We are a fundamental, independent Baptist Church located in Barrhaven, a suburb of Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.

As a ministry we seek to share the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ, and to "...earnestly contend for the faith which was once delivered unto the saints" (Jude 1:3). At Haven Baptist you'll find a fellowship where individuals and families can enjoy a friendly atmosphere and Bible centered teaching for all ages. We also look to Jesus Christ as being the sole basis for hope, not only in this life, but for all eternity.

At Haven Baptist Church, we believe that God's Word provides the only solid foundation on which to build our lives. We believe that God has a purpose for every life that starts with one coming to know and trust in Jesus Christ as their personal Lord and Saviour.

From this solid starting point...

• we want to encourage and build up individuals as they seek to know and follow Christ

• we want to build strong couples. A home is only as strong as the relationship between the husband and wife. We therefore desire to encourage strong, loving relationships built after the pattern found within God's Word

• we want to help young people by teaching them scriptural principles that will guide them in the years ahead

• we understand the importance of a healthy fellowship for young and old alike, where Christian values are upheld
